On March 2, Guosheng Group’s annual awardsceremony was successfully held at Nantong Le Méridien Hotel. Guests from all

In the afternoon, the company held a NewYear Exchange Conference for Distributors, sharing this year’s market plans and
channel policies. Consensus was reached on market layout and service upgrades
with regional distributors, laying a solid foundation for business expansion
throughout the year.

At the parallel New Year ExchangeConference for Suppliers, in-depth discussions were held on quality control,
delivery assurance, and technological innovation, further strengthening the
supply chain for collaborative development.

An annual review video was played at theevent, revisiting Guosheng’s journey in 2025. Over the past year, focusing on cost
management, the company tapped internal potential and improved external
efficiency, taking steady and solid steps forward.

In an inspiring speech, Chairman Pan Weiguocongratulated all winners and thanked all employees and partners. He stated
