On January 11, 2026, the Guosheng Forum themed "Data-Driven InwardGrowth, Value-Oriented Outward Expansion" was successfully held in the
group's lecture hall. Responding to the strategic call of the national 14th
Five-Year Plan for "the in-depth integration of the real economy and the
digital economy", this forum took data management as the core work theme
for 2026 and deployed relevant work on digital transformation.

After the opening ceremony, representatives from each group focused on thecore theme, combined with AI applications, and shared their digital practice
achievements and 2026 action plans for integrating data with business from four
dimensions including business operation and product R&D. Chen Juan,
Executive Deputy General Manager of Guosheng Intelligent Technology, emphasized
in her comment that digital transformation must closely focus on customer needs
and business effectiveness, and empower competition and operation with data
capabilities.

In the core session, after multi-dimensional evaluation, the forumidentified six company-level annual innovative tackling tasks. Chairman Pan
Weiguo awarded pennants and task letters to the task teams. Meanwhile, the
Group Office issued the "Integrity Points" rules to strengthen the
integrity awareness of all employees; the Safety Committee shared the 2026
Group Safety, Environmental Protection and Data Escort Plan, and the person in
charge of each company signed the 2026 work safety responsibility letter on
site.

Chairman Pan Weiguo affirmed the achievements of the forum and required allunits to take the tackling tasks as the baseline, and promote the
transformation of data thinking into practical actions for product, production
and service upgrading. The forum also selected three winners of the
"Personal Style Award", providing a platform for young employees to
showcase themselves.

This forum is not only a meeting to reach consensus on concepts, but also ameeting to deploy actions. Guosheng Intelligent Technology will take data as
the core and tasks as the starting point, empower production with data
internally, integrate value into the industrial ecology externally, and achieve
a dual leap in core capabilities and value.
